I launched and manage a design system for MAN, creating realistic future components for MAN products, creating the branding myself.

I focus on improving design processes at MAN Digital HUB: onboarding, handovers, design documentation, research ops, etc.

I also advocate for a stronger design culture at VWDS - I’ve proposed and organised with two designers and marketing team the 

1º Design Day; and me and two designers launched Design Sharing Sessions (sessions to share knowledge regarding design topics).

At MAN, within 6 months, we've launched a design system with basic web components, as we did the first steps for design standardisation.


At VWDS we had 3 design initiatives in 2023, where I was the driver or I was involved.

  • Launched a design system at MAN

  • Enabled +3 projects to have designers at MAN

  • Organised the first VWDS Design Day

  • Implemented Design Sharing Sessions at VWDS
